Service may remain suspended beyond that date, and we will continue to provide updates as additional information becomes available from our shuttle operator. Uber vouchers will continue to be made available for trips within Mountain View and our service operating period. Due to unforeseen operational issues the Mountain View Community Shuttle service is temporarily suspended. We understand this disruption may impact your travel plans and apologize for the inconvenience. To assist riders during this service interruption, an Uber voucher is available for use.

The Cuesta/Miramonte (NB) stop will be relocated through August 28, 2026 while curb and street improvements are being constructed. The temporary stop is located on Cuesta Drive in front of Menlo Church
There will be temporary stop closures and re-routing on Saturday, December 13th for the German Holiday Market. Stops marked in red on the map will be closed. Stops marked in green on the map will be open. Routes and stops will revert back to the regular schedule after midnight on the 13th.

Oktoberfest Street Closure & Shuttle Service Update
During Oktoberfest, Castro Street will be closed between Mercy Street and Church Street, resulting in a temporary reroute of the Mountain View Community Shuttle.
On October 11–12, the Civic Center stop on both the Gray Route and Red Route will be temporarily closed. Regular service will resume on Monday, October 13.

Stops marked in green will be open during the festival. Routes and stops will revert back to the regular schedule after midnight on the 7th.
We’re thrilled to announce that the first of our four new electric buses has officially arrived in California! 🌿 It made its debut at the City’s Earth and Arbor Day Celebration and is now being prepped to hit the streets in June or July.
The remaining three electric buses are expected to arrive later this summer, helping us move toward a cleaner, greener future for our community. 🌎💚
