Oktoberfest Street Closure & Shuttle Service Update
During Oktoberfest, Castro Street will be closed between Mercy Street and Church Street, resulting in a temporary reroute of the Mountain View Community Shuttle.
On October 11–12, the Civic Center stop on both the Gray Route and Red Route will be temporarily closed. Regular service will resume on Monday, October 13.

Use the Commute Planner to find customized carpool match options, active vanpools and transit options, or join a bike pool. Once you have completed a trip, simply log it in the MVgo SmartCommute dashboard “Log Your Trips” tool. The more trips you log, you’ll earn points to redeem using a Tango Gift Card or enter raffles to win other prizes or rewards. Registration is free and available to all Mountain View residents and employees.

Upcoming Schedule/Service Changes – Effective February 1, 2025
Effective February 1, 2025, the MV Community Shuttle will implement minor schedule adjustments for both Red and Gray Routes on weekdays and weekends. Additionally, we will be changing the name of an existing stop on the Red Route from “Castro @ El Camino Real (SB)”, to “Castro @ High School Way”, and will be adding a new “Castro @ El Camino Real (SB)” stop, just south of the El Camino Real/Castro intersection.
